We started 2020 in a new office in the colonial neighborhood of San Antonio with a lot of ambition and a lot of goals. We had so many people scheduled to come and enjoy this beautiful city, but unfortunately COVID-19 hit us and we had to put everything on hold. We had to let go of our beautiful office and change our business model towards a digital platform but we never stopped paying our team members. ... We took this time to learn and share our knowledge and make strong strategic partners in our city. 2021 will represent a challenging year for a lot of us but we look ahead with great optimism, knowing that even with all these obstacles, if we do what we love we will be happy.
